Hello, everyone!

I'm developing a game by adding a noir spy vibe to the one i made at the game jam. For the game jam, I kept the volume low so the level design was simple. But this time, I want to turn up the volume a bit (just enough!). That's why I wanted to do a playtest on itch.io. I'm also curious how actual gamers will feel about my game. If you play it and give feedback, it would be a huge help to me. And I plan to add content like a development diary.

Game Description:

A two dimensional platformer where you throw a knife into a wall, attach your rope to it, and swing like a pendulum. With only your rope swing skill, you must keep climbing upward until you finally reach the moon.

Controls:

Move - WASD

Jump - Space

Mouse Left - shoot the rope(If a rope hits a knife, it can be hung.)

Mouse Right - Sticking a knife into the wall(only Yellow wall)

About this game:

  • Throw the knife

When you drive your knife into a wall, that point becomes your hook.

Precise thming and angle are essential for survival.

  • Attach the rope and swing

After connecting your rope to the knife, your character swings from side to side like a real pendulum.

With enough momentum you can rotate in a full circle and launch yourself with powerful rebound.

  • Keep climbing

    Falling means the end.

Climb higher and higher through an endless vertical world.

Your final destination is the moon.

  • Simple controls with real depth

The controls are simple, but the potential is deep.

Swing timing, rotation angle, and momentum control allow advanced movement as you improve.

  • What awaits on the moon

Something is waiting for you at the top
